True to the motto "Every kilometre counts", the charity bike ride starts on Holy Saturday, 8 April 2023 at 10:00 am in Neußerling. For Ascendor, too, this means cycling along and doing good. The lift producer from Mühlviertel is supporting this important and meaningful event again this year. "With our lift solutions, we want to make things a little easier for people with physical impairments," explains Managing Director Erwin Roither. "We deal with people in need of help every day, which is why it is natural for us to support selected projects."
The cycling is for little Elina K. from Zwettl an der Rodl, who was born with an immune defect and can only be cured by a stem cell donation. Ascendor supports the charity event as a sponsor. Whether young triathletes, sporty cyclists or leisurely pleasure tourers, there is something for everyone. To enable as many people as possible to participate, there are various tours to choose from. One of them is led by Ascendor managing director Erwin Roither. He is an active cyclist himself and the guide of a cycling group. "For us, this is an important and meaningful event," says Roither. "We see it as our obligation to support locally and to make our contribution where possible."
