The Ascendor Academy for your success with Ascendor lifts

We value and reward long-term partnerships. As an Ascendor partner, you can gradually develop from an Edison partner to a Darwin partner by collecting Ascendor Points. Ascendor Points are an internal evaluation system. After this assessment, we allocate merchants to four different groups: Edison, Magellan, Newton and Darwin. Each category has different benefits for you as a dealer. Every year, our key account managers re-categorise you as a retailer. As a result, you will receive a personalised partner diploma from us. Among other things, it will show the points you have collected.

 

Partner Programme

The more Ascendor Points you collect, the more benefits you can enjoy. The overview sheet summarises all the benefits for each partner status at a glance. All information about a partnership with Ascendor can be found in our partner brochure. Get an overview and benefit!

Training certificate

In order to obtain a training certificate, training must first have taken place at Ascendor at the company location. This is available for every product and can be completed on request with the responsible key account manager. In addition, the content is customised to your requirements in order to achieve the best possible learning outcome. You will receive a printed copy of the training programme immediately after the course (or online if required).

 

Recertification

With the partner programme, we want to offer you as a partner the opportunity to enjoy additional benefits from Ascendor. By advancing to the next level, you can enjoy further benefits. Benefit from free LEADS, marketing support and an exhibition stand for the platform stairlift. Take advantage of our training programme to secure your partner status again for the coming year. We will also be offering you another intensive sales and installation training course in 2024, where you can recertify yourself and your fitters. How does recertification as a retailer work?

You can choose from various options. These are:

  • Participation in 2 webinars
  • Participation in the Ascendor Partner Conference
  • Successful completion of the quizzes
  • Personal product training at our company site

The entire recertification process only takes place in consultation with the respective Key Account Manager, who then organises everything.

QUIZ

The product quizzes are part of our recertification programme. One quiz is available for each product in your respective language. These are designed to deepen and test your previously acquired knowledge. Once you have completed them, you will be able to install lifts more efficiently.

Take the opportunity to improve your knowledge!

In our training calendar for 2024 you will find numerous online and face-to-face dates for further training on Ascendor products. Take advantage of the numerous opportunities to take part in individual and free training courses as a managing director, sales employee or fitter. We have put together an interesting programme for you and clustered it by product. This gives you even more specific benefits for you and your employees. Collect points with online or face-to-face training for the Ascendor partner programme to secure your partner status again in 2024!
