On 1 September 2022, four new apprentices started at Ascendor:
- Lia Atzgerstorfer from Kirchberg ob der Donau starts as an apprentice mechatronics engineer
- Johannes Walenta from Kirchberg ob der Donau starts as a mechatronics apprentice
- Michael Lindorfer from Niederwaldkirchen starts as apprentice metal technology
- Tristan Daniel Beismann from Kirchberg ob der Donau starts as a mechatronics apprentice
The first working day started with a welcome by apprentice trainer Bernhard Taxacher. This was followed by safety instructions and the handing out of work clothes. After the round of introductions of all apprentices and the company presentation, the four new apprentices received the Ascendor apprentice folder and the on-the-job training by the respective apprentice mentor.
The trainers Bernhard Taxacher and Thomas Moser gave them a perfect start to their apprenticeship. We accompanied the four on their first day at work at Ascendor.
